Dr Tan Ee Ping is a Malaysian obstetrician-gynaecologist renowned for minimally invasive reproductive surgery, having performed over 2000 laparoscopic and 600 robotic surgeries, with specialized training at CUHK and Tri-Service Hospital Taiwan and robotic certification in 2017. Recently awarded Outstanding Achievement for performing the highest number of Microwave Ablation procedures across Southeast Asia (150 cases, August 2024), she pioneered Malaysia's first Robotic VNOTES Hysterectomy in June 2024. Former Clinical Adjunct Professor at HPUPM (2021-2023), she specializes in advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques for deep-infiltrating endometriosis and uterine fibroids. In obstetrics, she focuses on preventing unnecessary caesareans, authoring "Caesarean Birth: The Path Untold" to help mothers achieve successful natural births.
